    • Transport mode: the transport mode to which this rate is linked; again this can be modified.
      • Whenever the transport mode 'Air' is being selected, an extra menu will expand. You can here link your rate to a certain air carrier.
    • Inbound / Outbound: the indicating if the rate is linked to in- or outbound transport. Again this can be modified
    • Unit Calculation: unit calculation is directly linked to the price search screen. You have two options:
      • Highest: if you enter several parameters in your price search (eg. 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet), PhiRater will choose the highest in price
      • Sum: if you enter several parameters in your price search (eg. 1 euro pallet and 1 block pallet), PhiRater will add these up and give you a price for the combination of your requested units.
    • Stop price: here you can add the price a carrier will invoice you for an extra stop along its trip. This is a fixed value. Adding a stop must be added in the price search screen.
    • Valid from: validity of the rate as from a certain date
    • Valid until: validity of the rate to a certain date
    • Service rating: for every single rate the administrator can add the service rating. This is a subjective rating and can influence your price search.
    • Eco rating: for every single rate the administrator can add the ecology rating. This is a subjective rating and can influence your price search.
    • Active / inactive flag: by clicking on active / inactive the status of a rate will change. An active rate will apear when doing a price search. An inactive rate will only be used for simulations and will not appear in the price search.
    • Whenever you make changes do not forget to click 'Update' at the bottom of this page. Whenever you want to discard the changes click 'Cancel.
  4. Cogwheels: when clicking the three blue cogwheels a new screen will appear on the right hand of your screen. Here you're able to find the price only for this specific rate. This is useful to cross check your rates on results and to detect possible mistakes you made. You'll have to fill out some details depending on the type of rate:
    • Region: you'll only have to fill out the units requested. Click 'Calculate' in order to get a result
    • Zone: difference with a region rate is the fact that apart from adding units you'll also have to add the ZIP code
  5. Matrix: will only appear with Zone rates. When clicking this icon a new screen will open. Here you'll have an overview of the rate you've uploaded. On the left you'll see the different postal codes, on top the partitions in your rate. This screen is only made to 'view'. You're not able to edit anything in this screen. Furthermore you can click the yellow clock icon on the right top. This will only be activated whenever you've uploaded leadtimes to your rate. When clicking the listing icon you'll get back to the previous screen.
  6. Last but not least you'll see the red trash bin icon with which you can delete a certain rate. When clicking this icon a pop up will appear asking you to confirm your action.
