Locations

In this screen you have the option to define your different loading locations. Loading locations are defined as follows:

• Locations where goods are picked up (outbound)
• Locations from where goods are picked up (inbound)

You can add locations by clicking the 'plus' sign on the right top. A new screen on the right will appear where you can add your location. By clicking 'Add Office', the different locations with address details are loaded. You can now choose to link your company / site to a certain address. Address details can be created in the Relations screen. Confirm by clicking create. If you want to cancel (i.e. not save the location), press cancel.

Once you've created your Loading Location you can choose the standard value. This you can do by clicking on the blue wink in the middle of the screen. You can see this because the dark grey wink in the middle is activated.

By clicking on the blue pencil next to the different Loading Locations you can edit the selected Loading Location.

Again here you can add multiple locations with no limitations to the number of locations.

We strongly advise you to limit these locations in order to keep an overview at any time. Please feel free to discuss this with us in order to get the best & most transparant setup.

Be aware the different loading locations must be defined before uploading files to PhiRater.
